CEO & OWNER
Over 25 years of experience as a senior manager in local and international firms.
For the last 15 years, I have headed “Pyramid Customer Experience”, specialising in creating creative content for our customers through experiences and events, which convey the strength of the brand and its differentiating value that creates demand and appreciation. I believe that happiness is pleasure with meaning, and to create a memorable customer experience – we must give meaning to the pleasure – meaning that creates demand and leaves an emotional impact.
My past record includes working for over a decade in an international hotel chain, a comprehensive course at the Disney Institute, and participation in the exciting challenge of creating and establishing the concept of theme hotels in Israel. This extensive experience, coupled with lots of enthusiasm, is what I bring to now to the new company – HOW TO WOW – that helps organizations to create real value for their customer experience. main areas of expertise are: business development and management, marketing, creative, customer experience strategies, communications and customer relationships, brand strategy, human resources, and most important – passion and love for my profession!
